I've been with them for over 2 years.  Found Here  started to slow down and degrade a number of months ago, I was really patient with them and in the last two months it would take an average of 45 to 60 seconds to fill their pages. I contacted them to complain about the filling speed and how it is adversely impacting my service.

I asked to cancel the service and discussed that their service hasn't worked for months which they currently understood. They sent me an email from the assistance group over 3 weeks later on 4/20/20 saying that they will charge the month of May too due to the fact that they need to receive a 30-day notification even though I called them before the start of April.
